Can I gain access 24/7?
Yes, but please be considerate after 7:00pm. Please be aware it is also a residential area and consider others.
Lock?
Renters provide their own locks, deposit a key with us. We require this for insurance purposes and emergency access.
Is the site secure?
Owners live on the premises. The property has CCTV and is locked after 5:00pm and on weekends. Please make sure that you close the gate after you when entering or leaving the premises. This is particularly important after hours and throughout the weekend. NEVER leave the gates or barriers open to other traffic at all times.
Insurance?
You are personally responsible for insuring all of your stored possessions. We are insured for public liability only.
Access to electricity?
No. We do not allow any DIY works within containers. They are for storage purposes only, and not for mobile workshops!
Can I fix shelves in container?
Please do not drill holes in container walls. This is strictly forbidden. Please use self-supporting shelves.
Is there anything I cannot store?
Vehicles and machinery or anything that is likely to leak oils or contaminates. This includes petro-operated lawn mowers. There will be an extra charge for anything that leaks and damages the container. You need to document inflammables, this includes any gas cylinders or camping heaters of any type.
Door opening?
Occasionally, it is not a bad idea to use a small amount of paste wax on your door seals. This will enable continued ease of opening and closing. Any issues, please contact the manager.
